Top Paris editor Nicolas Larrouquere, whose work includes acclaimed music videos for Gesaffelstein, Jack White, Disclosure, Tiga and more, has now moved to London to join leading editing house Stitch, and its music video and creative content studio Homespun.

Having worked in the past few years with the cream of French directing talent, including Manu Cossu, Fleur Fortuné, Alex Courtès, Emile Sornin, François Rousselet and Helmi, Nicolas’ awards include a D&AD editing pencil for music videos for Skrillex (directed by Fleur & Manu) as well as a UKMVA nomination for best editing for Helmi's video for Tiga’s Bugatti.

In commercials, his eclectic editing style has led to impressive work for Mercedes, Kenzo, Axe and Playboy, and he has worked for international companies like Division, Insurrection, Caviar, Wanda Productions, Partizan midi-minuit, Iconoclast and Stink. 

Larrouquere has revealed that he is achieving a long-held ambition by joining Stitch and Homespun. “London edit houses are very well respected in France, so to be signed to one as prestigious as Stitch, who have such a superb body of work, is really wonderful for me and I’m so happy to be part of the team,” he says.

He adds that his love of editing originated with music videos. “Music videos have always been my favourite medium to work on”, he says. “I really like working with different directors who come from all over the place. This is one of the best things in my job, we get to meet all kinds of people.” And on joining Stitch he says he is "looking forward to working with London directors.”
