New BUG shows this autumn - including BUG's first Animation Special

David Knight - 9th Sept 2013

BUG is back with an all-new show hosted by Adam Buxton at the BFI Southbank next week. BUG 39 takes place on Thursday September 19th followed by two shows of BUG 39 - The Director's Cut the following night. Look out for announcements of more tickets going on sale shortly on Facebook and Twitter.

Then Adam takes BUG back to Norwich for two nights on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th October, serving up a selection of favourites from recent BFI shows. Tickets are available from the Norwich Playhouse website, or the box office on 01603 598598.

On October 16th you'll be able to catch Adam host the latest Best Of BUG show in Leeds, at the Hyde Park Picture House - tickets on sale now at the venue website. Then a day later, on October 17th, Adam brings BUG to Glasgow for the first time. It's a Best Of BUG show at the Glasgow Film Theatre - tickets now on sale.

This Best of BUG show contains music videos from a variety of directors and contributions from Adam that have previously featured in 2013 BUG and Best of BUG shows, as well as Adam's solo comedy show Kernel Panic, which he recently performed at the Edinburgh Festival.

And after a successful trip to Bradford for the International Film Festival earlier this year, BUG is returning to the National Media Museum on November 14th for BUG's first ever Animation Special, hosted by Adam Buxton with special guest, Cyriak Harris – the awesomely talented animator and director of superb videos for Eskmo, Bonobo, Flying Lotus and Bloc Party. Tickets on sale now.
