FRIEND sign André Chocron and Tim Erem
London-based production company FRIEND have added two new directors to their roster – both hailing from Scandinavia. They are Norwegian director André Chocron, and Tim Erem, from Sweden.
André Chocron has directed a dozen videos for Norwegian bands since graduating from film school two years ago – resulting in two consecutive Spellemann (Norwegian grammy) nominations and an award at the Norwegian Short Film Festival. Combining techniques such as stop motion, simple VFX, time lapse or slow motion with in-camera effects, his work includes his acclaimed videos for Cold Mailman’s My Recurring Dream, Jonas Alaska’s If Only As A Ghost and Real Ones’ Separation Blues.
