Michael Lindsay-Hogg to be honoured with Music Video Pioneer award at Plus Camerimage 2012

Michael Lindsay-Hogg, widely known for directing some of the first music videos ever made - including promos for The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Bryan Ferry and The Who - will receive a special honorary award for his achievement in music videos at the 20th Plus Camerimage, the film festival dedicated to the art of cinematography, to be held later this month.
Michael Lindsay-Hogg, widely known for directing some of the first music videos ever made - including promos for The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Bryan Ferry and The Who - will receive a special honorary award for his achievement in music videos at the <a href="http://www.pluscamerimage.pl/lang=en" target="_blank"><strong>20th Plus Camerimage</strong></a>, the film festival dedicated to the art of cinematography, to be held later this month. Michael Lindsay-Hogg will attend the festival to collect Plus Camerimage's Music Video Pioneer Award, and will also chair the Jury of the Music Videos Competition. He will also meet with the festival audience to present his work in our programme "Music Videos: The Masterclass Series", and show his acclaimed documentary <em>The Rolling Stones Rock & Roll Circus</em>, courtesy of ABKCO films. <strong>Plus Camerimage 2012 takes place in Bydgoczsz in Poland from November 24th to December 1st. The Music Video Competition screenings will be held on November 29th.</strong>
