Preparations are now reaching the final stages for this year's UK Music Video Awards and aftershow party - to be held in central London just one week from today (Nov 1st)!

The UK Music Video Awards 2012 takes place at the prestigious Empire cinema in Leicester Square in London's West End next Thursday, November 8th - presented by comedian, broadcaster and BUG host Adam Buxton. Doors open at 6.30pm at the Empire for a 7.30 start to the ceremony itself.

Then the aftershow party happening a few steps away from the Empire, at the Café de Paris in Piccadilly. Doors at the Café de Paris will open at 10pm (or directly after the Awards should it happen to finish early). Complimentary drinks and food will be served on arrival to the venue, and the party will go on until 3am. Music will come care of some of the industry's finest DJs, led by 'DJ Miss G'.

Entry to the aftershow party is, of course, included with the ticket to the UK Music Video Awards 2012. There are tickets are still available for the show and aftershow party, and reservation forms for tickets to the UKMVAs can be downloaded from the website here.
