After five years as a hugely popular live event, Adam Buxton is now bringing BUG to television, with a new TV show on Sky Atlantic HD beginning on July 9th.

Regular BUG host Adam Buxton will present the eight part series, which continues the format that has made BUG a record-breaking success at the BFI Southbank in London and across the UK and beyond. The TV show will be celebration of the most brilliant and groundbreaking work in music videos, accompanied by Adam's inimitable take on the comments they provoke among opinionated members of the online community.

Describing BUG to the uninitiated, Adam has said: "I tell people it's like going round to a friend's house and having them open their laptop and show you interesting and amusing things they've found or made, except not as tedious and shit as that sounds."

Adam Buxton's BUG premieres at 9.30pm (BST) on Monday, July 9th on Sky Atlantic HD, which was launched last year as the home to HBO and other iconic drama and comedy, and is now investing in original British programming for the channel. Other new shows premiering on Sky Atlantic HD's summer Monday night schedules are Alan Partridge: Welcome To The Places Of My Life with Steve Coogan, HBO series Veep and Walking And Talking, starring Kathy Burke.
