With the videos for To Kill A King's Cold Skin and That Fucking Tank's Mr Blood (co-directed with Mat Green as JakOMat - right), Jack King has shown an aptitude for strongly cinematic ideas and visceral execution. "I'm really interested in trying to tell stories in new ways, as much as possible staying true to traditional elements of cinematic film-making where I can, but with that extra degree of experimentation that music videos allow," says Jack. "I want to work with artists interested in using their music to create mini-films; tapping into the potential to maximize the impact of a given song via a series of well photographed, original and emotive images; and preferably as surreal, and plain indulgent as I can get away with!" Jack joins the Run roster for music videos that also includes Ferry Gouw, Ben Rollason and Graeme Maguire.
