Ross steps up to the new role after ten years with Polydor as video commissioner - latterly as head of audio visual. In that time he has overseen the creation of hundreds of music videos, including numerous award-winners, for Kaiser Chiefs, Cheryl Cole, Duffy, Take That and many more. As well as winning the best commissioner award at the UK MVAs last month, he won the same award twice at the CADs (the British music video award show that preceded the MVAs) in 2006 and 2007.
