Terms for entry for one of the awards at this year's UK Music Video Awards have been widened a few days before the final entry deadline this Friday, August 6th.
Entries to The Innovation Award no longer have to be UK-related in some way to be eligible. It is now also open to all work, British or international, that extends the definition of the medium of music video, either through an innovative concept or design, or through the innovative use of technology.

Now in its second year, The Innovation Award was introduced at last year's MVAs to recognize the groundbreaking work in interactive music videos, web- or mobile-based creations, innovative TV and online music visual campaigns and special projects.
