A new music video festival is taking place at Bray, near Dublin, this coming June - and the organisers are looking for submissions for the festival competition that will provide the climax of the three-day event. The Bray Music Video Festival - the first of its kind in Ireland and one of few worldwide - will run from Thursday June 18th to Saturday June 20th, focussing on the best in Irish music video talent and showcasing international work. Leading Irish music video figures are both giving workshops at the festival and on the judging panel for the prizes - including editing legend Tony Kearns, John Kennedy from Heroes For Zeroes and Mary McCarthy from Red Jam Productions. The festival itself is the brainchild of two young Dublin-based music video makers, Ross Bradshaw and Michael Donnelly. For more details about the event and how to enter the festival awards competition - the submissions deadline is March 31st - visit the Bray Music Video Festival website.
