David Knight - 14th July 2008

Entries to the first UK Music Video Awards, which is taking place on October 14th, will have an eligibility period of at least fifteen months, picking up from where the entries to last year's CADS Awards left off.

Music videos eligible for entry into the 2008 MVAs will be for singles released in the UK after May 1st 2007, and completed and delivered to a record company before July 31st 2008.

Completion/delivery dates for entered videos will be a requirement on entry forms for the MVAs.

The entry forms will be available here at Promo News and on the new MVAs website later this week.
