Digital arts/moving image festival onedotzero is seeking submissions of visually progressive moving image work for their 2008/09 global touring festival.

onedotzero is accepting submissions for it's popular programme strands wow + flutter, for motion graphics and animation, wavelength, for innovative music videos, extended play, for experimental short films and animations, and j-star, for the latest Japanese work.

The festival is also developing new categories based on the overarching theme of citystates, seeking inspired views of contemporary city culture worldwide. onedotzero is also looking to receive proposals for installations and other interactive works and even live performance. Entry is free

The next onedotzero festival premieres in Buenos Aires, Argentina on September 26, moves to Zurich, Swizerland the flowing month and will continue across the the globe through 2009.
