Producer Barney Jeffrey passed away on Monday evening following a courageous battle with brain cancer.

The producer of numerous music videos and commercials down the years at Mad Cow, Bullet, RSA, Great Guns, GLO, Garretts and Partizan, Barney was most recently in-house producer at Mad Cow Films.

Pete Chambers, executive producer at Mad Cow and Barney's colleague and friend for many years, paid him this tribute: "Barney was special. I have never met anybody like him. He was unique, a one off, and the most memorable person it's been my privilege to know."
