Declan Whitebloom has delivered this well-executed, inspirational video for Jess Glynne's punchy power anthem Don't Be So Hard On Yourself.

It tracks the story of a teenager who is down on his luck, having to relocate to a new neighbourhood and school after his father passes away. A picture on his bedside table reveals his father was a drummer a defining skill that inspires the sullen boy to follow in his footsteps.

He's got a long way to go before he can prove himself worthy to join the drumline at his new school... But the boy demonstrates that with a little guidance, a solid work ethic paired with a can-do attitude can go a long way. And he doesn't have to deal with an evil teacher, as in Whiplash...
