Sleater-Kinney 'A New Wave' by Bernard Derriman
Sleater-Kinney are back after a break of nine years, unleashing an acclaimed new album No Cities To Love at the beginning of this year. Now they've teamed up with the American show Bob's Burgers's crew for the highly entertaining video for A New Wave.
Directed by Bernard Derriman, the video has bandmembers Carrie Brownstein, Corin Tucker, and Janet Weiss materialise in animated form in the corner of the room and proceed to rock out when Tina Belcher, elder daughter of the show’s Belcher clan and trainee riot grrrl, starts playing their CD. In come her brother and sister to join in on the fun.
