Russ's work has graced numerous hip-hop videos in the past year or so - quite simply it works really well with performers trading in wordplay and verbal wit. That's why it works well here too. And although Lily gets a bit of a hip-hop makeover too, this is certainly a breakthough of the cool RUFFMERCY style through to a new audience.
