Remember when half of England was underwater? Okay, Somerset probably still is underwater. But Yu Sato's video for German indie-combo The Notwist's excellent Kong (which includes plenty of references to the rain never stopping)Â arrived in timely fashion in the midst of the Jan/Feb '14 deluge.
The animation, featuring illustrations from Tim Divall in the style of 50s information films, tells the story of a boy trapped by a flood that threatens to submerge the city. He's holding out for a hero - in the shape of Kong. Who duly arrives on cue to take on the Water Monster...
