The video for Son Lux's Undertow (above), directed by Alex Cook with cinematography by Drew Beinemann, has won the award for Best Music Video at this year's Energa Camerimage, the international festival of cinematography. 

Announced last Saturday, November 18th, at the climax of the week-long festival held in Torun Poland, the video was judged the best from a shortlist of 20 videos entered into this year's annual Music Videos Competition at Camerimage.

It's the second big accolade that the video has received in the past few weeks, after winning the award for Best Alternative Video International at the UK Music Video Awards last month. It also follows the announcement that LA-based director Alex Cook has joined the roster at Caviar in the US and UK.

The festival also celebrated the career of legendary music video director Floria Sigismondi, who chaired the panel of judges for the Music Videos Competition.

Other big winners at this year's Camerimage included The New Boy, directed and shot by Warwick Thornton, which won the Main Competition for feature films, while Poor Things, directed by Yorgos Lanthimos and shot by Robbie Ryan won the Bronze Frog. 

And the Jonathan Glazer-directed The Zone of Interest, shot by Łukasz Żal, won the Fipresci Award, given by the International Federation of Film Critics Award for Best Film.
