Jade Ewen’s It’s My Time by Pop Club
David Knight - 21st Apr 2009
Pop Club do Eurovision - but unlike their classics for The Cheeky Girls and Chico, and numerous suggestive pop-dance vids, the mysterious, anonymous Clubbers have pulled off something suspiciously sophisticated for Leona-alike Euro hopeful Jade Ewen. They even manage to wedge in reasonably unscary shots of Andrew Lloyd Webber.

All in all, it does the job - which is, of course, to send a message to the Russkies and the rest of Eastern Europe that us Brits really mean Eurovision-business this time. Sir Andrew is on the case. We're going to be twelfth at least.
