BUG 13: Matt and Kim’s Lessons Learned by Taylor Cohen and Otto Arsenault

David Knight - 26th May 2009

A great idea brilliantly executed by Brooklyn punk-dance duo Matt and Kim, directed by Taylor Cohen and Otto Arsenault of LA-based Fvmmo Films.

Maybe they don't really go all the way, but one of the lovely things about M and K's apparent striptease whilst walking through Times Square is the lack of outrage of the passers-by as they disrobe. That makes the reaction of the cops - and Otto says they're genuine cops, albeit not necessarily on-duty ones - all the more powerful. And what an ending. And others are already paying homage. Or cashing-in, depending how you want to call it.
