Since it began in 1999, Rushes Soho Shorts has been a focus for filmmakers of shortform work of all kinds, and the 10th year of the festival this August promises to be the biggest yet: at least twelve guest programmes showcasing the best work from the UK and abroad, seminars and lectures, networking events, receptions, a Bar-B-Q, boat parties - and, rumour has it, a drive-in movie.
