Coldplay's new lyric music video is a journey through time and space, orchestrated by Norwegian creative John Christian Ferner Apalnes - aka I Saw John First.

In one move, the animation follows the progress of human evolution from the centre of the Earth to the reaches of outer space. The lyrics to the the song All I Can Think About Is You float through the screen, appearing, filling and disappearing smoothly as the video continues on its single long pan through the universe.

The world of the video was illustrated as one huge backdrop, moved through and animated to come to life. And with a depth and richness in the detail and textures rarely seen in a lyric video, this is a rather wonderful thing - and a special showcase for the talents of I Saw John First.
