Andrew Donoho, one of America's top music video directors, has joined Bullion Productions for music video and commercial representation in the UK.
Donoho (above) is one of the most prolific music video directors working in the US, with views on his 40+ music videos running into the billions. His credits include videos for Twenty One Pilots, Danger Mouse, Vic Mensa, Kiiara, Jai Wolf, Jack Garratt, Marshmello and Skrillex. His videos have also been honoured at the MTV Video Music Awards two years running, with Twenty One Pilots' Heavydirtysoul winning best rock video at the 2017 VMAs, and also nominated at this year's UKMVAs.
He grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, making short films and animations from a young age, and found a nice supervising visual effects on commercials, movies and TV shows when Atlanta experienced a boom in their film and TV industry. He continued to direct his own projects including a series of music videos with up-and-coming artists. His series of videos for Raury were among the first to get him wider exposure.
He moved to Los Angeles in 2016 to start directing full-time, combining music videos like Twenty One Pilots' Heathens (an award winner at last year's VMAs) and this year's video for Vic Mensa's Rage with commercial and television projects.
"We are very excited to announce the signing of another amazing director to the roster," says Bullion's executive producer Flo Clive. "Andrew’s experience in VFX and his cinematic visuals are a perfect addition to our body of work. We're looking forward to opening the doors to more clients that compliment Andrew’s aesthetics and passion for creating simply stunning pieces of work."
As before Donoho will be repped for music videos in the UK by Sam Davey and Kim Jarrett at OB Management.
