giffgaff, the UK's flexible, no-contract mobile network, is once again partnering the UK Music Video Awards, sponsoring the five Best Video - Newcomer awards at UKMVAs 2017 for the second year running.

The Best Video categories for Newcomer at this year's UKMVAs are the five categories that honour the best work in music videos in the past year by up-and-coming directors, working on budgets under £5K. The five awards cover the range of music genres - Pop, Dance, Urban, Rock/Indie and Alternative.

giffgaff have a tradition of fostering and working with up-and-coming creative talent - which led them to sponsor the Best Video - Newcomer categories in their first year in 2016. Nominations for the five Newcomer awards at this year's UKMVAs were announced with all the other nominations last month. 

The announcement of giffgaff's renewed partnership with the UK Music Video Awards comes with tickets now on sale and selling fast for the UK Music Video Awards ceremony at legendary music venue The Roundhouse in London on Thursday, October 26th.
