Panalux – international market-leading provider of lighting facilities for the film and TV industry – is once again demonstrating its support for British music video production by sponsoring the Best Cinematography in a Video award at the UK Music Video Awards 2014.

It’s the sixth year in succession that Panalux has celebrated its longstanding involvement with the UK music video industry by sponsoring the UKMVA for Best Cinematography – which recognizes outstanding work by a Director of Photography in a music video in the past year.

On announcing Panalux's partnership with this year's UK Music Video Awards, Barnaby Laws, head of commercials and music video, commented: "We are really proud to continue supporting the MVAs again this year. Entry to the award for Best Cinematography in a Video, sponsored by Panalux, is now open – together with another 30 awards in the best video, technical achievement and individual award categories at the 2014 UKMVAs. All the awards, and terms of entry, can be found at ukmva.com. The deadline for entering work in the UK Music Video Awards 2014 is on Wednesday, August 6th 2014.

Following the submission deadline, judging will begin for this year’s UK Music Video Awards next month, with invited MVA Jury Members judging all the entries via the MVAs online voting platform in the first round of judging. A second round of judging will follow in September, and the nominations for the UK Music Video Awards 2014 will be announced in October.

The UK Music Video Awards 2014, honouring the very best work in British and international music videos over the past year, takes place at London's Southbank Centre, on Monday, November 10th 2014.
