Steve Mason 'Oh My Lord' by Institute For Eyes

Steve Mason 'Oh My Lord' by Institute For Eyes2Institute For Eyes – aka directing duo Luke Seomore and Joseph Bull – have created a very atmospheric and mysterious video for former Beta Band and King Biscuit Time frontman Steve Mason’s new single Oh My Lord.

It features a mystery man – with a full Invisible Man-type face and hands bandage – who starts out in the Thames Estuary, then walks into the city via the Rotherhithe Tunnel, to return to a spartan bedroom and, among other things, play with squirming maggots…

In short a very opaque character study, beautifully shot in black and white 16mm by Luke and Joseph’s longtime collaborator David Procter.
