Stereophonics 'Indian Summer' by Kelly Jones

Stereophonics 'Indian Summer' by Kelly JonesStereophonics frontman Kelly Jones directs his second music video in quick succession for the band, dramatizing the brief encounter at the heart of the song Indian Summer.

Kelly did an impressive job with the promo for previous single In A Moment, a grim narrative in which a man attempts to end it all by extraordinary means. This is another story, but a far more dreamlike and romantic affair, with a very charismatic performance by Caroline Ford as the girl who seduces a young musician (Kerr Logan, playing a younger version of Kelly) during the course of a train journey. And there’s a classic band performance.

Like In A Moment, produced through Shameless by the Park Village music division’s new head of music Joe Walker, the video was shot in a vintage train on a preservation railway in Loughborough.
