Monarchy & Dita Von Teese ‘Disintegration’ by Roy Raz
Wednesday, 16. January 2013 - 11:15 am

Roy Raz offers up a curious and compelling slice of erotic futurism in his promo for Monarchy’s Disintegration – with an enigmatic, subtly pulsating performance from one Dita Von Teese, who also features on vocals.
Visually it’s gorgeous – with some cool art direction from Samuel David and Ben Shalom. The video oscillates between Von Teese as a sexually frustrated Fifties housewife, losing some of her clothes of course, getting lost in her fantasies – the contents of her brain are visualised as a tangled mass of air-brushed male nudity – and getting friendly with her two friends from Monarchy. And look out for the squirm-inducing mosquito scene…
