Band of Horses ‘Knock Knock’ by Jared Eberhardt

Tuesday, 18. September 2012 - 11:15 am

Harking back to classic 70′s nature documentaries and filmed in ‘EPIC 4:3 aspect ratio’, Jared Eberhardt stalks Band of Horses through the wilderness for Knock Knock, the first single from their upcoming fourth studio album.

This includes, of course, our intrepid ‘audio trackers’ stalking the lesser-seen rock band around the world to find them playing in natural habitats – rocking out cliff-side style on Mirage Rock, staying cool in the Arctic and grazing in the Kalahari.

It’s a top pastiche that even features one of the band being hunted, tranquilised and fitted with a radio collar. With Eberhardt taking on a lot of the work himself (Director, co-DoP, Editor and VFX) it’s an impressive slice of music promo and, as with Eberhardt’s other work, one with a great sense of style and humor.
