Edward Housden takes us into tough world of the professional ballet dancer and gymnast in his excellent promo for The Juveniles’ Through The Night.
The girls are in training in the dance studio – and put on a splendid performance. But not quite splendid enough for the vile and irate dance instructor…
It’s Edward’s impressive first video through El Niño/Irène in Paris (he’s repped by Independent for commercials in the UK) – and he worked with Andre Chemetoff, Romain Gavras’s regular DoP (and former MVA best cinematography winner) on the Juveniles project. So not surprisingly, it looks great.
