Drugs, guns, sex, hip hop, more drugs, more of everything – and degenerate puppet squirrels… it’s Tim Saccenti’s marvellous video for El-P’s The Full Retard – an utterly scurrilous mix of early Beastie Boys, Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, Scarface and The Muppets.
We’ve had badly behaved puppets before, but this little squirrel punk, in league with good buddy El-P, takes some beating. Arguably the best/most outrageous bit is when he shoots the angelic kid preaching peace and love, but it’s a close run thing…
