Plot: The long search by Tenacious D – aka Jack Black and Kyle Gass – for a new roadie ends when they find the most amazing roadie that’s ever toured the roads – who happens to be Danny McBride. He’s worked with Van Halen, Metallica, AC/DC… As you can imagine it all works out really well…
It’s directed by Jody Hill – he’s Danny McBride’s collaborator and co-creator of the your HBO’s hit series Eastbound & Down. And its a little bit NSFW in that HBO/Funny Or Die kind of way…
