After the MVA-winning Numbers In Action video, Wiley gets back together with MVA’s best new directors Chris and Luke – aka Us – to get into shape for the new year.

Chris & Luke have created a full-on work-out video, albeit with something missing. “We wanted to remove the context of a gym and all its equipment, to leave just the people interacting with ‘nothingness’. There’s something very interesting in watching people battle with exercise machines to try and transform themselves. They look weird enough with the equipment; imagine what they would look like without anything at all.”

With a healthy amount of help from the guys over at Finish post, gym equipment was painted chroma-key green and painstakingly removed, making it a bit harder to witness the fitness…
