Lamo Wizard (formerly Skill Wizard) are directing duo Marek Steven and trend guru Amy Leverton. Capturing the dirty, psychedelic world of Comanechi’s Mesmerising Fingers, Lamo Wizard had this to say about the shoot:
“Comanechi have been our favourite London band for years. The idea for this promo was to get across the intense, sexy and dangerous vibe that they have as a live act. We’ve also been wanting to use live projections in a promo for a while to create a druggy 70s feel. We used our regular collaborator (Camberwell Graduate) Hans Lo to help create and film the images. The promo was shot in a few hours in one location in Dalston and at a very low budget.”
