The Energies’ Long Distance Runner by Daniel Wolfe

Thursday, 26. February 2009 - 10:00 am

Energies’ Long Distance Runner by Daniel WolfeDaniel Wolfe takes the literal approach to The Energies’ Long Distance Runner. It’s pared down, character-driven and, as usual with Dan’s work, very cinematic.

There are actually two versions of this – for the actual track and for the Lifelike Remix, where things get even more psychological and exhausting.

Dan actually found Frankie, his young running man, while shooting his previous video the week before. He’s a resident in the street where Take That’s Up All Night was shot, and features in the big street-party knees-up.

Like it. The imagery fits the track well. Not sure about the remix version though.

that’s an interesting promo, the look is pretty cool and it flows nicely. also helped by the strength of the song itself…pretty good. dan wolfe’s stuff is always excellent.

why is the screen size so small, is there a bigger version anywhere?
