At last we can post the video for Sonny J that Phil Sansom and Olly Williams – aka Diamond Dogs – shot just before Christmas, and premiered at BUG 05 last month.

Featuring an intriguing cast of characters – a small person on guitar, a giant on drums, a Sikh warrior on bass, a burlesque star, some rather spooky twins, and well, a right bunch of clowns (there’s also a university lecturer who perhaps unwisely volunteered to come on the shoot, and art director Sam Tidman in there somewhere as well) – this is vibrant filmmaking, all done in a freezing field in Slough that just happened to have a circus tent in it.

And for their next trick, Phil and Olly are preparing for their third Hoosiers outing, which promises to be another extravaganza…
